To start the installation you will first need to unscrew the panel from its frame. You will receive the rock wall panel attached to the frame with the 4 connection bolts. Rock wall panel (x1), rock wall frame/ledger (x1), 1/4" - 20x 40mm Connector Bolts (x4). We recommend consulting with a licensed General Contractor to evaluate your space and walls for safety for all installations. Your walls will determine what type of screws are needed to safely attach the frame to your wall. The panel and frame CANNOT be cut to size.įor your safety the structural fasteners to attach the frame/ledger to your wall are not included, and are not sold in our store. Only use the included frame (also called support or ledger) to hang the panels. They are made to fit on the wall with its matching frame. Once the frames are installed, simply screw the panels onto the frame. Each panel comes with its own separate frame (also called support or ledger) that needs to be screwed into existing wall supports.

No need to tear down drywall or install plywood. Our custom rock wall panels are fairly easy and quick to install. Each piece can easily be screwed into one of the holes in the rock panel. The panels can easily be cleaned with any non abrasive cleaner.ĭon’t forget to add the holds! They are sold separately. Our square rock panels are made of engineered wood with a solid wood connector and finished with a light textured coating. Each square panel is 42" x 42" and 1" thick and weighs approximately 38 Ibs.
